Los Gauchos Taqueria has the best Tacos Al Pastor in all of Columbus and I can say they were better than any Taco Al Pastor we tried in Texas. We missed Los Guachos terribly when we were in Waco. We’ve been visiting frequently to get BOGO free Al Pastor Tacos on Monday nights. Jay has tried the tongue and tripe tacos as well and really liked them. The employees are friendly and you have to try the habanero condiment on the tables. I usually only eat the red onions from the habanero bowl but it is super spicy and a perfect compliment to the Al Pastor taco’s sweet slice of pineapple.
