Garlicky baked shredded hash browns with seared flank steak and a fried egg on top. Who knows what kind of seasonings went into this thing, Jay is not one for measuring. He is more of a little of this, little of that kind of guy and I have to admit he is really good at it! This was a great, extravagant breakfast that helped us use up some extra ingredients we had leftover at the end of the week.
